〚Group Polaroid Photo session Notes〛

*If you do not arrive at the meeting time, you may not be able to participate. We ask for your understanding.
*You are free to pose as you like for the photo shoot, but staff may warn you against excessive contact with the members.
*In order to ensure smooth proceedings, please refrain from wearing any items the members may wear.
*As a general rule, photos will only be taken once, but at the discretion of on-site staff, reshoots will only be conducted if there are any problems.
*Photography and recording are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
If you are found to be taking photographs or recording, or are attempting to take photographs or record, you will be asked to leave.

*Up to 3 tickets can be purchased per person. (Members can be specified, and multiple tickets can be purchased for the same member)
*Please note that sales will end as soon as tickets are sold out.
*Payment must be in cash only. Please note that credit cards, electronic money, and electronic payments are not accepted.
*Please cooperate by giving exact change where possible.
*Please refrain from arriving more than 20 minutes before the start of sales.
*Waiting or lining up at the venue or nearby areas from late at night or early in the morning is prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to local residents and other facility users.
If you are lined up in front of the venue entrance 20 minutes before the start of sales, you will be asked to line up again from the end of the line at the start of sales. Please note.

*If you have multiple photo tickets for the same member, you will be asked to take the number of photos together. (Please note that loops and other actions are prohibited.)
*When taking photos, you are free to specify your pose, but staff may warn you against excessive contact with the members.
*To ensure smooth progress, please refrain from using items that the members wear.
*You may only take one photo per photo ticket, but retakes will only be conducted if there is a problem at the discretion of the on-site staff.
*Photography and recording are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
If you are found to be photographing or recording, or are attempting to do so, you will be asked to leave.

■Group Autograph Session

Customers who have a winning ticket for the group autograph session
　―300 winning tickets will be drawn from among those who purchase the photo card (set of 12)

*Customers who purchase a photo card but do not have a winning ticket can also enter the venue and view the event. However, admission may be restricted depending on the situation. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please present one of the specified photo cards below when entering.

*Customers with winning tickets will be allowed in first.
Please note that customers without winning tickets will be allowed in first, after customers with winning tickets have entered.
*Numbered tickets will not be distributed. Please note that you will be guided into the venue from the front of the line to enter.

≪Eligible Products≫

Photo cards (set of 12) 2,500 yen (tax included)

*The five members will sign one designated photo card.
*Please bring your winning ticket and the designated photo card with you to the event on the day of the event.
*If you win multiple tickets, you will be able to sign as many as you won.
*Customers with multiple winning tickets will be asked to line up at the end of the line again. Multiple tickets cannot be used at the same time. Please note that due to the progress of the event, they may be asked to use multiple tickets at the same time.
*Once each member has finished signing, please move on to the next member during the autograph session.

〚Group autograph session Notes〛

*Photography is permitted inside the venue, but photography and recording while meeting the members is strictly prohibited.
*Photography (with smartphones, SLRs, etc.) is permitted, but will be refused if it interferes with other customers’ viewing.
*Photography using flash and the use of photography accessories other than cameras (monopods, tripods, stepladders, mini stepladders, selfie sticks, etc.) are prohibited.
*Only one specified photo card will be signed. We cannot include any other information such as dates, messages, or names.
*In order to ensure smooth proceedings, please refrain from bringing in message boards or nameplates, communicating in writing, or having the members wear items.

〚Event Notes〛

＝About the winning ticket＝

*Counterfeiting, transferring, or reselling photo tickets and winning tickets is strictly prohibited. Photo tickets and winning tickets obtained illegally through these actions will be invalid.

*Photo tickets and winning tickets will not be reissued for any reason.

*Only the actual winning tickets, photo tickets, and fan club membership cards are valid. Please note that copies, images, etc. will be invalid.

*Returns and refunds for eligible products will not be accepted. Defective products will be exchanged for good products.

＝About the event＝

*This event will be held in accordance with the policies and requests of the government, local government, and the venue.
Please note that the content of the performance, as well as information and precautions for customers, may change depending on future circumstances.

*There are no seats inside the venue. Sitting in shared spaces such as the lobby and aisles inside the venue and outside the venue is strictly prohibited.

*Please refrain from reserving seats, pushing to the front, cutting in line, or any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers.

*Please set your smartphone, cell phone, and other electronic devices that make noise to mute while inside the venue.

*Photography and recording are strictly prohibited during the Polaroid photo session (2-shot/group) and while meeting the members at the autograph session.
If you are found taking or recording photos, or attempting to do so, you will be asked to leave.

*Fan letters and gifts cannot be handed over directly.
Please use the gift box installed at the venue. (We do not accept any perishables, cash, gift certificates, etc.)

*During the event, staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in following the instructions of the staff on the day.
If you do not cooperate, we may refuse you entry or ask you to leave.

*The organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur due to failure to follow the instructions of staff.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables in good care.
*We will not store your luggage. Please keep your luggage and valuables at your own risk.
*We may have to change, suspend, or cancel the event due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any damages caused by such changes. Thank you for your understanding.
